Zeus-X Pro On Its Way!

Dear Backers,

As promised, we have completed our quality control checks and proceeded to ship 85% of all orders with the remaining set to ship on 16th February as our fulfillment center's are having their Chinese New Year Holiday. Most of you should have received your tracking numbers by now but if you haven't, please wait a few days before reaching out to us as it might be in the process of getting shipped. 

For those who have received the shipment notification without tracking number, this means that your order is packed and are ready to ship, please wait until 18th February for another email as some of our delivery couriers are also having their Chinese New Year Holiday.

Incredible Start Of 2021 + Upgraded Zeus-X Pro!

Zeus-X Orders 100% Fulfilled

We have shipped almost 3000 units of Zeus-X to all Zeus-X backers and those who paid to have Zeus-X ship separately from Zeus-X Pro. All Zeus-X backers who filled their survey should have received their corresponding tracking numbers. (If you are missing your tracking number, please note to check your junk mail before contacting us as the tracking email may sometimes end up there.)

Zeus-X Pro Updates & Updated Specifications

USB 3.1 Gen 2 USB-A Adapter

For Zeus-X Pro, we made a huge decision to upgrade the USB-A adapter from USB 3.0 (Max Speed 5Gbps) to USB 3.1 Gen 2 SuperSpeed (Max Speed 10Gbps). You will be happy to know with the upgrade, you will now be able to reach 10Gbps with any compatible USB-A SuperSpeed ports! Although upgrading to industry-leading specs has increased our cost significantly, we want you to have the best of everything, the true one cable to rule them all. (FYI: USB 3.1 Gen 2 USB-A adapter itself normally retail at $10 - $15USD).    

Zeus-X Pro will finish production on 31st January and proceed with 4 days of meticulous quality control inspections and packing. We will then begin shipping on 6th of February and tracking numbers will be sent out to you accordingly.

Zeus-X Shipping Update + Zeus-X Pro Prototype

Dear Backers,

Hope you had a wonderful holiday! Today's update will cover two key points:

Shipping Update

We know everyone is eager to receive their Zeus-X cable and we are happy to say that we have successfully shipped out 300 cables over the holidays. We are expecting to finish shipping the rest of your Zeus-X cables by next week. If you have not received your tracking number, do not worry as your parcels are being queued for shipping and you will receive them anytime soon. 

Meanwhile, if you will like to change your shipping address, this is your last chance! Simply send us a message via Kickstarter inbox and we can edit/unlock your address so you can change it on your end. 

Please note that this is not guaranteed as we cannot change the shipping address on shipped orders.

Zeus-X Pro Update

In the previous updates, we revealed the black oxidized aluminum material on the Zeus-X Pro prototype but we felt that we wanted to give you more of a premium look and feel. We went searching and sourcing different alloys from different suppliers to find just the right one.

We finally settled on a new durable aluminium alloy that we are calling "DuraNium". It is a premium durable metal alloy that maintains the integrity and durability of aluminium while looking premium at the same time. We are currently gearing up for mass production and are expecting to finish mass production on 31st of January if everything goes smoothly. Check them out below!

Ps. If you look closer, you may realize that it may, or may not have been inspired by the body armor of a certain fictional character in the Star Wars Universe. Yes, our CEO is a huge Mandalorian fan.

Due to this material upgrade, we had to re-create the mold and perform new tests which contribute to the small delay. We sincerely apologize for the delay but we think it is a worth trade-off as we want to provide our backers with the best quality and material available on the market.

Your Zeus-X is being packed and loaded for shipping while you are reading this update. Our fulfilment partner informed us that they have thousands of orders in queue and they will try to fulfil our orders as soon as they can. We have had some hold up due to the festive holidays season and we are looking at an estimated shipping date around 28th of December 2020.  We are truly sorry about the delay however we will try our best to deliver Zeus-X to your doorstep as soon as we can.
